With a solid background in building and structural engineering, Jamal has significant experience in design and construction management, including preparation and administration of contracts, construction documentation, tendering specialist packages, evaluation and preparation of project feasibility, financial reports and the award of contract packages.

Client liaison is second nature to Jamal, having worked closely on a number of high profile projects throughout the Emirates and their neighboring states including hotels, retail developments and blue chip energy projects.

Proven intellectual ability – Jamal holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Science and an Executive MBA – allows this talented engineer to approach unique and often un-surmountable problems with perspicacity, tenacity and flair.

His vast career experience, spanning more than two decades, includes diverse positions from Site Engineer through Senior Design Engineer to Project Manager, and most recently Managing Director, taking responsibility for projects worth AED 600 million in the UAE alone.

During his high profile career Jamal has worked with a broad range of companies including Waterman Partnership Holdings UK, Taywood Engineering UK, Arabian Profile, UAE Midmac Contracting Qatar, SYNA Development Dubai and S&D Joint Venture Dubai.

Today, Jamal’s primary role is to develop the business activities and interests of ARC International. A recent example is the close collaboration that he has established between the firm and Spoerry Architecture in Paris and Palm Architects in Nice.
