Dubai Central Laboratory Department was established in 1997 with aim centralizing all the labs within Dubai Municipality under one department. DCL mission is to “ Provide Product Conformity Assessment and perform Tests, Studies, Standards Development and Measurement Control, relying on our experties and accredited laboratories; aiming at contributing to consumer protection and achieving customer satisfaction”
