ARCHITECTURE

Our team conducts a thorough site analysis to capture the project’s environment and surrounding context.

Our interior design services start with onsite consultation followed by a detailed brief then space planning. The conceptual worksis made up of schematic designs, 3D visuals and material boards containing selected samples of the final finishing. The finalconcept undergoes design detailing and a tender package is prepared for the actual construction and installation.

ENGINEERING

Our in house team of engineers includes Structural, Mechanical and Electrical. They transform a conceptual imagination into a functional reality by ensuring all essential requirements are met in full capacity based on international standards and local authority. Our design work is conducted in Revit Building Design ensuring a flawless level of coordination and efficiency between all design disciplines to achieve a value engineered design.

SITE SUPERVISION

Supervising the building contractor is necessary to ensurethe development is built with a high level of quality in line with design plans. Our engineers supervise construction until completion providing regular reports on progress and flagging inconsistencies as they occur. Our team of architects conducts scheduled visits and inspections throughout the course of development progress.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

All our projects strictly comply with the Royal Institute of British Architects (also known as “RIBA”) Plan of Work. It sets the latest best practice standards and guidelines on managing, presenting and conducting architectural consultancy for a development. We provide you with a clear project schedule on commencement and keep you informed every step of the way.
