Having worked in the industry spanning nearly three decades Awad has played a major role in the success of ARC International. He is an exceptionally experienced, hardworking perfectionist with a solid background in administration, finance and all contractual aspects including, but not limited to, an expert knowledge of authority regulations and standards.

Client communication and satisfaction is of utmost importance to Awad ensuring that client requirements along with Authority approvals are met at all times.

Starting his career in administration Awad has build on his skills pursuing further educational training that has played a vital role in the advancement of his career. He has managed to take responsibility for many projects including hotels, retail developments, residential buildings and many government buildings.

Today Awad’s primary role is to manage and control all of the financial transactions, develop and implement strategic policies and procedures for contractual and financial departments of the company, and to ensure that the company has the necessary tools to achieve its short and long-term business plans
